This Privacy Policy (“this Policy”) governs how Natural Colloids Pte Ltd of Blk 40 Ubi Crescent #01-08 Ubi Techpack (“Natural Colloids Industries Pte Ltd”) may from time to time collect, use and disclose your Personal Data. 2. Photographs and video images of you while you are on our premises
3. Information specific to the computer or electronic device that you use (“Devices”) to access the website at www.natural-colloids.com, NCI’s Facebook store, NCI’s mobile phone applications, Facebook page, Instagram account and other social media platforms use by NCI from time to time.

1. When you make purchases or enquiries at NCI retail outlet or on any of NCI’s Website & Social Media;
2. When you access and/or use any of NCI’s Website & Social Media;
3. When you participate in any activities organised by NCI, including but not limited to lucky draw events, contests, roadshow, seminar and any other redemption activities if any;
4. When you contact NCI directly via any forms of communication; or
5. When you are in the vicinity of NCI’s surveillance cameras.

Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you via email within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request.
